5 Las Vegas real estate articles you should read.

While my goal on LasVegasStripDaily is to primarily offer quick, easy-to-read blogs and photos - I’m also dedicated to keeping readers informed on important issues regarding their Las Vegas real estate investment. Over the past month, I’ve written several blogs on Active Rain and/or LasVegasHighRiseBlog that deal with off-the-mark information that is sometimes transmitted in regards to the niche market of Las Vegas high-rise condos.

I created LasVegasStripDaily mostly to share construction and development news regarding high-rise condos, casinos, hotels, restaurants, entertainment, amenities, etc. From time to time, I’ll link to some of my more serious articles on other websites (or even post serious articles on here), that way you don’t accidentally miss something that may help you make an informed decision.

Ever since the real estate downturn, it’s not uncommon to see Las Vegas real estate agents say things like “Great Deal” or “Buy Now” while news headlines read ”Don’t Buy Real Estate” or “The Numbers are in the Thousands - Run!”. I’m not here to say either.

I always try to write in a way that offers readers thought-provoking data, allowing them to digest and draw their own conclusions without being told what to do.

In the end, it is up to you to decide whether or not making a Las Vegas real estate investment (primary residence, vacation property, 2nd home, etc.) is the right choice for your situation.
