Steve Wynn — leader — not follower. And as the Las Vegas real estate market continues to adjust, he has big plans for his prime location golf-course property behind the Wynn and Encore Resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. Even nicer, the plans include lots of trees and open spaces, as opposed to high-density development.

Pooof, gone like an illusion - my tickets for an early showing of Criss Angel Believe, Las Vegas’ newest Cirque du Soleil show, are no longer valid. According to Los Angeles Times’ blog (as well as the LUXOR Box Office), the show has been slightly delayed.

Luxury Realty Group was given the exclusive first visit to this amazing penthouse condominium, which takes up the entire top floor of the building. Tonight, I had the pleasure of being invited backstage to meet the lengendary band, Earth Wind & Fire. Earlier, they had performed at the Las Vegas Hilton, a show that truly showcased where 37 years of experience will get you.

The beautiful people were out in full swing last night at the grand opening party for George Maloof’s brand-new Palms Place in Las Vegas, Nevada. From celebrities walking the red carpet to guests dancing above the pool, the opening of this Las Vegas high-rise condominium project (condotel property) was a night to be remembered.
